Program Description
The positive impact of strength and conditioning on athletic performance and general health has become increasingly clear. Heightening interest in exercise training, it has increased the demand for trained specialists within both professional and amateur sports.
This exciting Master’s focuses on an evidence-based approach to understanding the science of strength training and the application of strength and conditioning in enhancing human performance: you will have the opportunity to learn how to conduct the best possible interventions, using the best possible evidence.
You’ll be taught by staff with a broad range of academic and professional experience, many of whom have worked with a range of health initiatives, professional athletes and clubs.
