Program Description
This innovative BSc (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management course combines core business and management studies with specialist hospitality and tourism modules.
In the business modules, students will explore the approaches and techniques vital to managing and running an international business. The specialist modules give students a detailed appreciation of the unique features, opportunities and challenges of the hospitality and tourism industries.
This course combines theory and practice to give students the chance to apply their knowledge, making use of case studies, business simulations and site visits. This balance gives them both the in-depth knowledge to thrive in international hospitality and tourism, and a broader range of transferable skills that can be applied to a variety of managerial and entrepreneurial roles.
