KCGI's IT Tourism program focuses on integrating information and communication technology (ICT) with the tourism industry. Students learn to develop new tourism services and business models utilizing ICT, addressing real-world challenges such as providing multilingual tourism information, digitizing and analyzing tourist activity records, and forecasting tourist behaviors. The curriculum combines lectures, case studies, projects, and practical training, emphasizing both technical and management skills.
