Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Fashion (Foundation Year) (W224)
London Metropolitan University's Fashion (including foundation year) BA (Hons) degree will give students a comprehensive view into the fashion industry and its professional environments, including design, material, technology, research and consultancy.
In the foundation year students will also be introduced to techniques used within art, fashion and design that will be necessary when they begin working in studios and workshops. They’ll learn about a range of different materials, methods and processes to create work within the broad context of art and design. There will also be opportunities to practice the techniques they’ve learned via short practical-making projects, as well as through open-ended longer projects that will focus on developing their sense of direction and a personal perspective on art, fashion and design.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
