Master of Science - International Human Resource Management
Accredited by CIPD, AACSB and EQUIS, this MSc programme will prepare students to work as Human Resource Management (HRM) professionals or people managers within global organizations. They'll receive grounding in international HRM, focusing on its development into a strategic function within global organizations.
Learners will develop an awareness of the various elements of HRM practice, notably training and development, recruitment and selection, talent management and performance management. They'll be equipped with a range of analytical, diagnostic and facilitative tools to support their future work.
The MSc International Human Resource Management course offers students a unique practice-centered approach to teaching equipping them with the tools to become a compelling leader. This approach creates emotionally intelligent graduates who can be fully effective in their chosen careers. Students are required to complete a project during their study but may substitute this with a dissertation, if appropriate. In addition to this, they'll also explore real-world issues, tackle current business challenges, and interact with guest lectures and speakers from industry.
Graduates follow a variety of paths upon graduation. Some enter (or return to) traditional HRM roles with the benefit of CIPD membership. Typical career paths include roles in learning and development or recruitment
