Master of Laws - International Commercial Law with International Banking law and Financial Regulation
Program Description
LLM International Commercial Law with International Banking law and Financial Regulation will develop commercial law knowledge and give students expertise in issues related to banking law and financial markets regulation.
In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law program the pathway in International Banking Law and Financial Regulation will also provide students with an excellent base of Commercial Law knowledge combined with detailed and unique awareness and expertise in issues related to Banking Law and Financial Markets Regulation.
Students will gain advanced knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework governing financial markets and financial intermediaries, and choose from modules offered from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Centre, a purpose-built centre of academic and professional training in finance.
