Master of Science - Project Management with Professional Experience

This postgraduate MSc Project Management course will give they a deeper understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects and the ability to develop the essential skills and competencies necessary to plan, monitor, control, and deliver successful projects.

they'll be able to confidently identify the sources of risk affecting projects and develop risk management strategies to optimize project outcomes.

They'll be able to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the skills required to effectively manage project resources and graduate ready to meet the challenges associated with dynamic environments alongside making a positive difference in a global business environment.

They will learn the principles of agile that link directly to the AgilePM Foundation qualification, and Prince 2 methodologies as well as the risk-affecting projects.

Through this mandatory, co-curricular module, they’ll practice and enhance their core skills in the following areas:

  • Critical writing
  • Research

They’ll also work on negotiation techniques, developing the credibility of their arguments to give they a competitive edge.
