Why The University of Western Australia (UWA)?

International scholarships
UWA International Postgraduate Research Scholarships
The purpose of the UWA International Postgraduate Research Scholarships is to attract top quality international postgraduate students to UWA's research strengths to support Australia's research efforts. Successful applicants can expect to become members of a research team working under the direction of senior researchers and in areas which have attracted external resources.
Destination Australia Research Scholarships
Australian Government Destination Australia Research Scholarships are available to encourage and assist commencing students to enrol in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and undertake postgraduate research based at the Albany Campus of The University of Western Australia('the University').

Short stay accommodation - UWA provides both its own Short Stay accommodations and a curated range of recommended university-affiliated options, catering to those seeking temporary lodging solutions within the vibrant campus environment of the University of Western Australia or the bustling convenience of the city. Stays are available from as little as one night to a maximum of two months.
UWA offers a one-off free airport pickup service to new international students arriving on campus for the first time. To request your airport pickup service, you must have accepted your UWA offer, received your CoE, booked your flight to Perth and have a valid student visa. If you're a postgraduate student travelling with your immediate family, our pickup service also covers your spouse and children. Other family members will need to take their own transport to accommodation.
